美国候任总统特朗普介入了针对 TikTok 的禁令的合宪性诉讼。特朗普要求联邦最高法院暂缓生效 TikTok 禁令，以便由自己判断新法的利弊。新法将于 1 月 19 日生效，是特朗普上任的前一天。TikTok 面临二选一的局面，要么出售 TikTok 的美国业务，从中国资本剥离，要么停止在美国的服务。TikTok 以侵犯言论自由的理由起诉了美国政府。联邦上诉法院裁定新法符合宪法，TikTok 提出上诉。将于 1 月 10 日在最高法院进行辩论。最高法院要求美国政府和 TikTok 双方在 12 月 27 日之前提出主张。同时征求第三方意见，特朗普也作为下届总统提出了意见。
